Frequently encountered problems：

1,mobility scooter can not electric powered.

Answer: turn off mobility, push back gear switch, turn on it again.

2, mobility scooter can not push to go

Answer: turn off mobility, push forward gear switch, turn on it again.

3, mobility scooter can not power on.

（1) please make sure to connect power core between scooter's front body and rear body.

（2）most important steps: install battery into scooter, please make sure battery's contact can touch brown contact on scooter. and battery was installed perfectly fit and no gap.

（3） insert key to test turn on.

4，if scooter is short of parts, for example, charger, keys. we have all parts of mobility scooter, please feel free to contact us, we are in california US, we can ship to you asap(within 90 day warranty)
